Colourblindness: The first month is completely accessible to people with colourblindness. The second month has colour-related puzzles; these have been adapted so that people with colourblindness can solve them too.

Deaf and/or hard of hearing individuals: Most of the material in the mail club is either in art print form or as text, except the audio story experience. Included in the mail club is a written transcript of the contents of the audio story, including the sound effects used in the said medium. Blindness: As this is an art- and mystery-based mail club, most of the material in the letter is visual, but unlike other mail clubs, we have made it our goal to include as many people as possible, regardless of their physical or mental limitations. For our blind individuals, we offer a complete audio transcript of the written material, like the newspaper, letter and poem story, as well as complete descriptions of the visual elements, like the sticker and print of that month. On top of that, we make sure that the mystery and all its puzzles can be solved by someone with limited eyesight or blindness. If that wasn’t enough, we strive to build the story and mystery to include people with disabilities and impairments, for example by making the visual elements like the print tactile, including braille in puzzles, and by making other puzzles and mysteries to be as tactile as possible.
